- On-going to look into the PMS system turning over. John said that we are currently looking at the week of July 4th as a preliminary schedule.

- Discussed hallway carpet concerns - Estimated finish time to be end of May and no later then 1 week of June
- Discussed the concerns about room types and follow up and changing them all to one-bedroom suites- Ira spoke about selling room type Vs. sleeping rate- Evaluate one week prior on room types for over sold standards to see if we need to move.
- We will be reviewing the STAR report next week
