RATE CHANGES:

Increased rate 5/9 & 5/10 $139

Decrease rate 5/15 $229

2 night minimum stay 5/6 

2 night minimum stay 5/16 at $359 for suites only

Increase rate 5/21 to $259

Increase rate 6/1, 6/2, 6/3, 6/4, 6/5, 6/6 to $329

 

NOTES:

- Preliminary schedule for turnover to the PMS system is 1st week in July based on contract approval. 

- CRO - Discussed best practices for selling suites 

- Confirmed carpet completion date to be 1st week of June

- Will begin reviewing Colorado Rockies schedule to see how it will or would effect transient

- Discussed Rollaways in which Ira's team will be putting them on request.  Rollaway's will be handled through the concierge system- Aaron will monitor and get system going.

- Rollaways will b at $20 additional.  CRO will put the remarks in the F6 & 43 notes

- Cribs will be handled the same way but at no additional cost
