NOTES: 

 

-    Continue to look into the PMS system turning over.  John will ask Jeff Parker to provide a preliminary PMS schedule 

-    April  10th all rooms will be back in inventory

-    April  decreased by $29,168 from last week we are now $43,026 over budget;  last week we were  $72,195 over budget . over budget

-    May increased  by $26,946 which is  $1 34,711 over budget as compared to last week which was 107,765 over budget.

-    Hoteliigence was  reviewed by top 20 accounts for the comp set. 

-    Extended Stay was reviewed as well. We currently have 12 Qwest   rooms staying until April/May. The extended stay Qwest rate will be $109 Jan-March,  $119 April, $129.00 June to March 09 

-     We will review JM extended stay potential at next meeting 

-     Tubs OOO schedule during April City Wide. Operations will open the dates back up.

-    Discussed concerns about Hallway carpet schedule
