RATE CHANGES:

Evaluated  the rates on 5/2 & 5/3, 5/9 & 5/10

Increased and opened length of stay on 5/16 to 5/19

Increased 5/22 to 5/24; 5/30 to 6/05

 

Group Need Periods: 

4/25 to 4/27; 5/1 to 5/4; 5/8 to 5/11; 5/22 to 5/27; 6/8 to 6/9; 6/19 to 6/23; 6/27 to 6/30 

 

NOTES: 

 

-    Continue to look into the PMS system turning over.  John will ask Jeff Parker to provide a preliminary PMS schedule 

-    April  10th all rooms will be back in inventory

-    April  decreased by $ 24,000 from last week and decreased by $ 12, 000 168 from  the week before we are now $ 6,336 over budget .  

-     Discussed group cancels for April and impact of Airlines 

-    May increased  by  $18,000 and the week before it increased by $ 12,000. We are currently $ 128,898 over budget ..

-    Tubs OOO schedule during April City Wide. Operations will open the dates back up.

-    Discussed concerns about Hallway carpet schedule  

-     Discussed concerns about room types and follow up and changing them all to one bedroom suites

-     Discussed standard room sell outs in RDP. Are wholesalers selling standard rooms when we are sold out in RDP? 

-    Discussed June ADR loss to budget and developed plans & actions around opportunities in selling our suite spread.  

 

Promotion Options:

-     Running Promo for 4/17 & 18 and 4/25 & 26.

-     Expedia 30% of Standard for 4/17 & 18
