RATE CHANGES:

 

5/7 - Slippage from City Wide adjust rate

5/9 $ 5/12 - Decrease to $109

 

NOTES: 

 

-    Discussed the PMS system turning over.  John will ask Jeff Parker to provide a preliminary PMS schedule 

-    March continues to drop in forecast. This week it is at $12,967 over budget; last week was $32,007 over.

-    April 7th all rooms will be back in inventory

-    April increased to $72,195 over budget; last week it was $37,000 over budget

-    May increased to $107,765 over budget; last week it was $78,000 over budget

-    Hoteliigence was not reviewed. Check with Sarah on the review.

-    Wendy will prospect Frozen 4 (April 3-6, 2008) citywide for overflow potential

-    John will check JM's rates to ensure that for the dates 4/13-18, JM reservations reflect bar rates  

-    Mark will check JM blackout dates

-    Tubs OOO schedule during April City Wide. Operations will open the dates back up.

-    Discussed concerns about Hallway carpet schedule
