RATE CHANGES:

3/21-3/23 - Decrease to $99

3/25-3/27 - Decrease to $199

5/6 & 5/7 - Increase to Suite rate of $289

NOTES:

- Discussed the PMS system turning over. John will ask Jeff Parker to provide a preliminary PMS schedule

- John will review forecast - EZRMS is coming out more aggressive than John's forecast

- April 7th all rooms will be back in inventory

- April is coming in $37,000 over budget

- May is coming in $78,000 over budget

- 28 STAR reviewed by Mark to reflect Magnolia is down 4% and marketshare is down 7%

- Wendy will prospect Frozen 4 (April 3-6, 2008) citywide for overflow potential

- John will check JM's rates to ensure that for the dates 4/13-18, JM reservations reflect bar rates

- Mark will check JM blackout dates

PROMOTIONS:

- Easter Promotion - $69
