NOTES:
- Discusses oversell strategies with overselling by -15 seven days out and 3% of daily arrivals for the daily oversell
- Discussed walk reports in which they needed to begin sending out
- Discussed trends in how they are changing -Not seeing as much booking pace, wedding block pick ups, citywide shoulder date pick up
- Focus this summer for citywide activity will be in - Shoulders, Overselling, CXL/Rebooks, Convention Fall Out
- Digital Alchemy - Mike Pratt is responsible for
- Hotel Concepts is suppose to be up this week to view the reports section. Linda receives updates from Parker
- Star report will be reviewed the next Revenue meeting to continue to analyze the positioning of our Hotel so we are maximizing suite and promo strategies.
- Discussed call around concerns - This week we were blowing away the market segment
- Talked about getting on Expedia to read comments about the Monaco - Still need to discuss who will be responsible to view
-- Monaco and Ritz up for sale
- Scheduled a DNC meeting for Friday, July 18th
- Monitor 8/8 & 8/9 for next revenue meeting
