NOTES:  

 

- Pay close attention to Junes Pace.

- Manage oversells to -15 on citywide shoulders  for June 

- Make sure Front Desk is managing early departures , No Shows, Etc  

- Focus this summer for citywide activity will be in -

Shoulders, Overselling, CXL/Rebooks, Convention Fall Out

- Digital Alchemy will not work with hotel concept

- CRO - Continue to discuss best practices for selling suites

- Aaron will train Eva to manage the Concierge system to monitor rollaway and crib request.  Rollaway's are an additional $20 per day and Cribs are complimentary.

- CRO will put the remarks in the F6 & 43 notes for both rollaways and crib requests

- Group will begin reviewing Colorado Rockies schedule to see how it will or would affect transient

-  Star report will be reviewed the next Revenue meeting to continue to analyze the positioning of our Hotel so we are maximizing suite and promo strategies.

June ADR went  to a forecast of ($ 9) below budget when originally it was ($22) below budget  

-Discuss July PMS training dates

-How are we going to maintain RDP’s history for Group and IBT reports
