DENVER - Tuesday, June 17th

NOTES:  

 

Reviewed Incentive plans for Front Desk with Aaron to find out if front desk employees are familiar with incentive programs

- Discussed daily oversell strategies with front desk (Ron, Aaron, Jonathan) to be involved along with GM & Mark to review twice a day

Discussed that we are not seeing same day reservations

Make sure Front Desk is managing early departures , nshows, late cancellation fees, etc.  (Aaron will do a call around to other hotels to see if they have a 48 hour cancellation policy).

- June is forecasting to be the highest occupancy month in the Denver market

Denver will be up and running to begin taking reservations by July 9th through CRO 

Star report will be reviewed the next Revenue meeting to continue to analyze the positioning of our Hotel so we are maximizing suite and promo strategies.

- Discuss July PMS training dates 

- Continue to review need periods in June -July- August

- Reviewed the Star report which is reflecting our ADR growth

- Eva will begin loading business cards obtained by the front desk and Mark will be responsible to get with the Omaha property to find out "Best Practices"

- Mike wants to begin promotions for the Mountain properties- Mark is going to look more into.
