- John discussed a new streamline process for weekly revenue meetings to be as follows...DOS responsibilities to include 30-60-90 GRC's, Production Status Change for Last 7 Days, CVB Convention Schedules. We will begin next week with new process.
- June 2nd- PMS system will change over for Denver
- Aaron will sign up for our competitive set for web- based Hotel promotions to help with our 7 day strategy
- Ira will handle wait list and have help from Jessica in CRO who is taking Ira's position over. Waitlist are to be cleared 3 days prior to guest arrival.
- John will work on new channel reports once we have the new PMS system up and running
- Reviewed reports that need to be discussed for Revenue meeting on a weekly and monthly basis...
