Accounting	Would like daily, mtd and ytd on reports
Sales	CRO scripting for the CRM
Sales	Need to have ability to change names on reservations
Sales	Need to have ability to use the do not move button
Sales	It's difficult to find a group if you do not know certain details about it.  We need a report to allow us to find groups

 

 

-    Discussion of how John's forecast is showing $144,000 over what OccStat is showing

-    John will speak with Parker to discuss revenue discrepancies

-    Discussed Hotel Concepts "Best Practices" in regards to the oversell of Room Types and Rate Plans (Still working on)

-    Over ride restrictions- Prompting issues, Bar issues, not able to save to folio  

-    Jonathan created a new "No Show" report

-    DNC separate room block still holding (6 kings, 7 QQ's, 3 suites) for a total of 16 rooms

-    Mark and John to set up Expedia promo for the week/ Labor day promo 

 

Increased rates 8/13 & 8/14 from $229 to $259 

Increased rate 9/7 from $179 to $259

Increased rates 9/29, 9/30, 10,1 from $199 to $229
