NOTES: 

 

We need to reevaluate when and how expedia is turned on and set up for discount. 

Government rates are set to sell up to 90% for the month of March 

 Denver has been experiencing dramatic drops in forecast.

 

Variance in forecast was discussed. The renovation could be allowing for EZRMS to assume a false sense of compression and this would account for the aggressive ADR and over forecasting in revenue.  

 

The forecast for March as of 2/19 is showing 118,323 over budget. This still looks overly aggressive. Linda and Jackie are  predicting that it will come in closer to $30,000 over. We need to look at this in more detail at the next meeting.

 

STSFP has been added as a new room type to for one bedroom suites with Fireplace. 

 

We need a copy of new room types 

 

RateVIew next week will be updated to show the Ritz Carlton and the Hilton Garden Inn.

We discussed setting a rotation of evaluation of reports:

1^st week of the month evaluate group booking pace.

2^nd  Week evaluate OccSTAT by market segmentations

3^rd week evaluate Monthly STAR

4^th Week Hotelligence 

 

A 7 day in action plan was discussed. Aaron will now be backed off renovation and will focus on Front Desk service levels and evaluate rates and rooms types nightly as they pertain to the call around and weekly rate view reports.

Ask John if he can look into what expedia can do for us on short term discounting.

Discuss great Suite Giveaway Campaign.

An agreement was made to post the suites that are in the stacks of 02's, 06's, 20's, 32's and 36's as having rollaway capabilities

  

As of April 1^st

It was discussed that CRO would be able to confirm rollaways and connecting rooms upon request

 

 

57 One-bedroom suites with un-renovated kitchens are to be utilized for Group and Extended Stay business.  Expedia will be updated to no longer sell our Executive Suites and will only have access to sell our One-bedroom suites at the Executive suite rates.
