DENVER Revenue Meeting Week 8-12

The Hotel focus is ongoing to develop best practices with Hotel Concepts with a list of concerns/ things that need to be created.

It's difficult to find a group if you do not know certain details about it.  We need a report to allow us to find groups

 

 

   Begin discussing Bronco schedule

-    Ira was going to follow up with Parker to discuss Specialty Tools as to how it was pulling hotel inventory

-    Discussed the No show, Cancellation and walk reports to be emailed daily.  Ron was going to take on this project.

-    Discussed managing oversell of inventory which was set at 110% - (IDPMS is set by percentages)

-    Front desk - has not found a way to track for front desk agents incentive plans.  Agents have not been paid out as of yet since the turn over of Hotel Concepts.

-    Discussed 7 day strategy waitlist - Ron and Aaron will work on.  Ira will need to share CRO's procedures for waitlisting I.e. if rates are being discussed and if they are entering in the rates so when we do call back we know what rate was quoted ect.

-    Front desk will clear no shows daily

Open rate Suites at $189 and standards will remain at $159

Increase rates to $229 standard & $259 suites9/15 & 9/16

Increase rate: $319

Increase rates to $289 standard & $319 suites: 9/20

Open standards at $329

Increase suite rate $259

Increase 9/26 & 9/27 to $159 standard

Change rates with decrease first 3 days and increase last day to $199: 9/30-10/3

Increase rate to $229 on 10/5

Increase rates 10/12-10/15 to $229

Increase rate 10/16 to $199

Increase rate 10/18 to $159

Increase rate 10/19 to $199

Increase rates 10/20-10/23 to $229
